I've had an update sitting on the backburner for some time. Occasionally I've pecked away at it but it's mostly sat idle, primarily due to having too much going on but I also can't say I'm entirely invested in writing it up.
As for what's caused a good portion of the delay, the project I was initially working was ramped up for a few months before hitting downtime until early 2026 (unrelated to the shutdown, contract was funded long before that happened). Due to this I've been rotated on to another project being the sole designer for a prototype/demonstrator for that needs to go from concept to fabrication in a very quick span of time. There is obviously a big workload involved when just starting, especially when the entire team is just four people trying to get this done.
I still have the hybrid remote work location, but the plus side on this project is that I don't have to travel to Maryland on occasion to the contract lead firm's office (that particular project has been paused like I said). The downside unfortunately is that it'll require more trips to DC (which I absolutely hate dealing with) due to the nature of the work. I still have to go south however on occasion, partly to talk to people at JEB Little Creek in person sometimes. I still had to go through a process for Little Creek however, and that nearly ended up being a problem that had to get smoothed over because of the nature of the location and the fact I have a fucking felony on my record.
That wasn't the only problem that prompted an update however, since the update was started prior to getting moved to this new project. Obviously you can see by the photo I've included in this post what one of those problems are, but multiple things but multiple issues have prompted it. To include the fact that since my last update I've had two additional setbacks occur. One of those setbacks I have direct confirmation that I was fucked over by the felony on my record. The other one I didn't get that kind of direct confirmation, but it is the most reasonable assumption given what took place prior to it.
Just so we're keeping score here - I'm hitting more snags due to the felony charge nearly 20 years on, than had ever occurred since securing a job in my career field again back in 2011. Granted a large part of why I didn't hit nearly as many problems during my time with the old company, was due to the fact that I didn't attempt leaving that company for 10 years because of my concerns over the felony charge. Concerns which have proven in recent years to have been entirely validated.
My now bankrupt former employer was the only engineering firm that wanted anything to do with me as a felon. That is likely thanks to them rushing me through the hiring process for a contract without having done a full background check first. For ten years I stayed with that company when I could and should have gone somewhere else. Even the lead designer at the old company was encouraging me to go elsewhere, even before he finally left a couple months before the bankruptcy. I wanted to go elsewhere once my pay stopped keeping up with the rising cost of living for years, but I remained there because I was concerned the felony was going to be a problem.
At least now I don't feel so bad about sticking it out for ten years at the previous company instead of moving on to greener pastures sooner. Because it absolutely turned out that I was right the entire time about the felony still being a problem. Is a certain narcissistic shithead figuring out yet that she made a massive mistake back in 2006 taking things as far as she did? Don't worry, if she hasn't figured that out yet she is absolutely going to find out in the future.
As for the other issue, the fact that I have a photo of Dickerman's brother front and center should give a big hint as to what the primary issue discussed in the next post will be. Michelle Dickerman's brother, Justin Manweiler, was previously called out before due to a Google administrator going through my Blogger account and searching through all my posts.
As I mentioned before, Justin Manweiler works in the computer science and networking field as a senior manager for Google. A perfect position for him to be in if he was enlisted by his sister to cause issues with blogs and websites detailing her criminal actions of the past. Ever since a Google administrator went poking through my blog, I've had more Google related issues that started occurring right afterwards and those issues continue to persist even now.
The primary focus is related to search result problems ever since the Google administrator poked around on my blog. While this does relate in a small way to fighting search placement issues for the page, what really demonstrates that something is being done behind the scenes involves the photos of Dickerman on the blog and website. They keep getting knocked out in Google Images results. I've done things to try to bring photos back up to the search results temporarily, but they get knocked back down again not long after.
I'll go over the evidence fully in the update posts, but it's pretty clear that something is going on. Whether that something involves direct involvement by Dickerman's brother, Justin Manweiler, is something that will take an investigation. An investigation I intend on pursuing.
I'm planning on contacting Google over this to have them find out what's going on, why my blog is being targeted specifically, and what explanation they have for why a Google administrator was poking around on my accounts. There is a very good chance I'll have a lawyer do the reaching out for me, since Google is far more likely to take that seriously than if I just message them myself. I want an investigation done, and if I find out that Dickerman's brother is fucking around with this stuff I fully intend on legal action. But the investigation has to happen first to confirm this. Since a violation of privacy certainly took place if it turns out her brother was involved, then obviously law enforcement involvement would be necessary.
As for a general summary of what's happening. After the administrator visits, I began having the placement of the blog in the main search results start shifting around and dropping at an unnatural rate. I seem to have done enough to stop that issue for the main website. All of my images from my website and blog however, specifically ones of Michelle Dickerman, keep getting pushed out of Google Image results. Pictures that were on Google Images results for over a decade are suddenly being pulled off. Even the new stuff gets screwed with pretty quickly. I was briefly able to get a couple back up top after I changed a few things, only to have them disappear once again after a very short time.
Here's a further bit of evidence - it's only happening to photos of Michelle Annette Dickermann and her family. There are other photos unrelated to my blog and website that have never been touched on the search results. They've never even shifted in placement. When you do a search for just "Michelle Dickerman" all kinds of different images come up. Some are from Dickerman's likes and comments on her Linkedin profile. Others are of a missing person case involving a woman named Michelle Rene Dickerman. Some pop up because a site had the name "Michelle" and "Dickerman" included in the same website.
None of the images from my blog/website show up in the front page of the Google Images results:
It seems that there is an attempt to avoid having Michelle Dickerman's face out front and center. This extreme truncating of the image search results is only a recent thing for her Image search results by the way - it never happened before with Dickerman's search results. Her search results had quite a few images from both blog and website showing up in the past. It's only since that Google admin started poking around that the truncating happened, and suddenly all my images started getting pushed out.
My website consistently ends up right below Michelle Dickerman's Linkedin profile (after I did things to push it back up, because again it started suddenly sinking after the Google admin visit). Linkedin is a very active social media platform (though I question the usefulness of it from my personal experience on the site myself) so my website isn't going to compete with that kind of traffic. That said, my website is right below Dickerman's Linkedin profile in the Google search results when I search. In fact my analytics list it as averaging the second slot for a majority of searchers. Yet not a single image from the website, or the blog, shows up in these results. Linkedin images that Dickerman has hit like or commented on show up in the Google Image results - but not a single one of the images on a website listed right below it show up? Images which just so happen to have Michelle Dickerman's face on them? Yeah that's not the least bit suspicious.
So how exactly does my website pop up as being an extremely valid result for Michelle Dickerman (again, it's in the second result slot, and it places there consistently for a majority of people when I'm looking at my analytics data), but all the images of her from the website and blog get pushed off as being unrelated to Dickerman? By all means I'd love to hear the explanation there.
During my monitoring of the search result issues, the only images that were consistently screwed with were the ones on my blog and website. None of the images from sources outside of my blog and website (Dickerman's Linkedin, the missing person's case, etc.) have ever budged in the image search results - only images of Michelle Annette Dickerman and her family that I've posted are being affected.
This is also the exact same issue when searching "Michelle Dickerman Treasury" with the exception of two images (and a third I just got to pop up on the bottom of the list after messing with it) from my blog/website showing up currently. Everything else, including images that were showing up in the results for over a decade, are missing from the list. Even the blog alternates in the fourth and fifth spot when using the treasury search term after Dickerman's name. Yet I can't get more than two images (now three) showing up on the truncated results and that's only after some work on my part. Again, I guess I'm supposed to just hand wave that away like it's entirely a massive coincidence and nothing else.
Meanwhile if I do searches for "Michelle Dickerman" and "Michelle Dickerman treasury" on other engines like DuckDuckGo and Bing (IE search engines not owned by Google), I'm met with an abundance of images from both my website and the blog:
Bing search results:
As you can see, it's a night and day difference between other search engines and Google. I see the exact same thing on the computer currently being used at work by the way, and I never logged in to my Google account on there. Only Google is pushing out images I've posted related to Michelle Dickerman - and Google is the only one employing her brother in a senior management position.
I would have been willing to chalk all of this up to a change in an algorithm or some kind of screwed update if this happened in a vacuum. But it did not happen in a vacuum. Because all of this bullshit only started happening right after I caught a Google administrator, working out of a Google Headquarters, logged into a Google Admin Console, poking through my Blogger page looking for unpublished and deleted posts.
And again, the search result fuckery is only happening on a Google platform (Justin Manweiler's employer) and it's only happening to photos that contain Michelle Dickerman's face. By all means try to tell me it's entirely a coincidence and that I should just ignore pattern recognition.
It sure looks like there is a targeted gatekeeping of my website and blog's images on the Google Images results, and it only started happening after I caught a Google administrator screwing around on my blog account. No communication from Google ever happened after this visit by the way. If I had violated rules that prompted a Google admin to look through my account, which some sort of TOS violation is the only valid circumstance behind such behavior, there is zero chance that Google wouldn't communicate this in some fashion.
It is only affecting images that I've posted of Michelle Dickerman, while not touching any images from Dickerman's Linkedin profile or the missing person case.
I can occasionally get some images to pop back up for a little bit when I play around with a few things, but they will get bumped off the main search results pretty quick. As if it takes someone (or an automated system setup to look for it) a little bit of time to notice the images have popped back up again. I very much suspect that now that I've pointed out how a couple images pop up on the "Michelle Dickerman treasury" search, those images will get filtered out of the search results after this post is viewed by Dickerman.
Then we throw in the fact that Michelle Dickerman's brother is a senior manager at Google, who would have the motive, means, and opportunity to conduct all these actions - either on his own or by enlisting someone he trusted to avoid his own thumbprint showing up on this.
There is a reasonable conclusion to be drawn here, and it doesn't take a detective to figure it out.
So, I do believe this will require a lawyer and an investigation. Because there is just too much bullshit going on here for me to just blow this off. Especially because there is the high likelihood that a violation of my privacy took place here. I could only see the Google admin's views on my blog thanks to the tracking I have placed on the blog, but there is no guarantee that this administrator wasn't also going through all the email accounts and other Google related services I've used. Not only would that bring criminal charges upon both Michelle Dickerman and her brother Justin Manweiler if they had conspired to pull that kind of stunt, but there is a further hiccup for Michelle Dickerman's career as a lawyer.
If it turns out this Google administrator, whether it was her brother or someone he enlisted to aid him, had access to my email accounts - they would have seen and had access to attorney-client privileged information. I'm not talking about copies of communications from William Johnson way back in 2006. I'm talking about recent lawyer communications. Especially communications related to future legal issues pertaining to Michelle Dickerman and the 2006 case. Michelle Dickerman is a lawyer who potentially might have had unlawful access to attorney-client privileged information involving an opposing party in future legal actions against her. Future legal actions that she's entirely aware of given her previous visits to the blog and website. That's going to be very bad for Michelle Dickerman if her and her brother have any connection to the Google administrator views.
I've learned over the years that there are many things that State Bar associations will look the other way on that I hadn't expected. Felonies like drug charges and voluntary manslaughter being two examples that lawyers have legitimately still remained licensed attorneys despite having these on their record. But Michelle Dickerman knows (or she should know) just as well as I do that if the VSB ever discovered she had potentially gained access to attorney-client privileged information of an opposing party by unlawfully enlisting her Google senior manager brother to poke around in my Google accounts - the VSB will rip her law license out of her hand and light it on fire. No amount of money being thrown around by her father would save Dickerman from that. Fucking around with stuff like that is a guaranteed way to never practice law again in your lifetime.
If Justin Manweiler was the Google administrator that poked through my blog, or he had someone do this on his behalf, then there is a high likelihood they accessed other account information to include my email accounts. Thus they would not only have violated laws by doing this, but they would have had access to attorney-client privileged information that they could then pass on to Michelle Dickerman.
Justin Manweiler and Michelle Dickerman could claim all they want to investigators that she never saw this private information, but nobody is going to believe them or take their word for it. If it can be proven that Justin Manweiler had anything to do with the Google administrator account access, then he is already acting in bad faith and abusing his position as a Google manager. His word would mean nothing to investigators or the courts if he claimed his sister wasn't given that information.
We already would have severe criminal impropriety here if any of this turns out to be true. Add to that significant optics problem - the fact that this would be Michelle Dickerman's brother who potentially accessed accounts of an individual she is in a legal dispute with. That absolutely looks bad as it is, and there is no reason for accessing my accounts unless it was done with the intent to pass private information on to Michelle Dickerman.
If Justin Manweiler was the admin who was looking for unpublished and deleted posts on my blog, or he enlisted a coworker to do it, there is no possible purpose behind this other than to give private information to Michelle Dickerman that she is legally not allowed to access. In turn, if he or an agent acting on his behalf is found to have accessed private accounts like my emails when this event happened - it can be reasonably assumed that the purpose behind it was to gather information for Michelle Dickerman. You can bet law enforcement, the VSB, and a jury would find that a reasonable assumption as well.
Justin Manweiler can claim his sister wasn't a party to any private information, but nobody will believe it if it turns out that he accessed things he shouldn't have. Even if he wasn't directly behind the Administrator views (I'd love to hear the attempts at an explanation for that), if he's playing around with the Google search results for his sister then people will rightfully assume he may have taken it further than that. He'd already be crossing a line by using his private access and leadership position at Google for personal benefit if it turns out he's responsible for any of this. If Justin Manweiler's fingerprints show up on any of the behavior I've documented, he and his sister will have significant problems in the future.
If Justin Manweiler and Michelle Dickerman had anything to do with the administrator that accessed my account, or any role to play in the bullshit with the search results, there is a paper trail somewhere. All of their communications related to this can also be subpoenaed in court later on. In fact, Michelle Dickerman should assume that when the legal fireworks start in the future, that she will get subpoenaed and she will be forced to supply information for discovery. If she lies about these communications existing or is found to be withholding any documents from discovery - well she's a lawyer so I don't have to explain what can happen to her at that point.
If Google chooses not to do anything then they risk some serious legal issues in the future. Especially if it turns out Manweiler did exactly what appearances and evidence suggests. I at least want to have the request for an investigation documented and on record. This way if Google refuses to do anything until all this goes inevitably goes public, they will end up getting bent over later for their deliberate inaction.
I've gone into this far more than I initially intended to, so I'll just leave it at that. The rest is for my other post, and I'll likely post up some of the info from one of the trackers to further backup the Google Administrator views. Until then, I'll switch over to a couple other points before I post this up.
As for the legal matter, this is ongoing. I knew it wasn't going to be fast but it's going to be a lot slower of a process than I expected or wanted - up to three years or more. That's accounting for going through the process and hearings in the court of appeals, and then on to supreme court if appealing a negative decision in the lower court. If I go with the option of hiring out of pocket, it's going to be a lot more expensive as well - I was told that I can expect anywhere from $20k all the way to $100k or more that I might as well be lighting on fire for attorney's fees. That's money that evaporates into thin air, and there is no guarantee I'd be successful. I don't have much of a choice however, but if I do pay out that kind of money only to lose my last legal option anyway, this dispute turns down a much darker route.
The rather brutal legal realities are especially problematic since I'm currently facing more and more challenges pressing on me with the felony. The felony is causing me serious obstructions and risk to my career. Since the beginning there has always been the chance that when the time comes to scale back employees, the guy with the felony is the first on the list. The potential exists to lose what I have now at any moment. It is in turn impossible for me to do any long-term planning because the rug could get pulled from under me at any moment - and nearly has a few times.
The felony is creating more and more problems now, which ensures that I could end up unemployed for years like I was after receiving the felony. So I can't move forward with my life because I have to focus on the legal challenge to the felony. I have to get the felony removed no matter what. But if I move forward with the legal challenge, I'm putting a large amount of money into an incinerator and it's a good chance the last legal option available to me doesn't work out anyway. Because of the felony however, I may not have the ability to pay those legal fees over time because I could lose my income at any moment. If I can't pay because the felony prevents me from getting employment as I'm going through the legal process, then I lose by default anyway and thus my only legal option disappears for good.
I am increasingly feeling that I'm being backed into a corner more and more as each day goes by, and I can promise that's not a situation Michelle Dickerman wants. It's not something that has good outcomes for anyone. This is the reality of what this woman chose to do back in 2006, and if she honestly thought she could pull this bullshit and walk away, that notion should have been dispelled long ago.
I've been advised not to do the FOIA request method I've previously mention at this point in time. That's not an issue right now anyway, since it was contingent on my living arrangements which haven't changed just yet. I've had to reevaluate what I intend on doing in regards to that, since once again there is that very big problem of not being able to do long-term planning with this felony. Last thing I need is to end up losing my job, and have no one willing to hire a felon, when the ink on a mortgage I signed isn't even dry yet. If I have to worry about paying the court case when I'm always at risk of losing employment, then I certainly can't get a mortgage unless I'm willing to risk being foreclosed on (and I'm not).
There is also another option I've been kicking around a bit recently. Since I've been told specifically not to do the FOIA method, I'm sure that also means that I should hold off on this other option I've been throwing around. But since I'm increasingly being pressed, I might just have to do this one anyway. Desperate times call for desperate measures.
I have the intention in the future of filing a police report with the Charlottesville police department against Michelle Dickerman for her 2006 criminal acts. I will also directly contact the Charlottesville district attorney's office before doing this through email with my accusations, evidence, and claims. Since I have Platania's email address on file I've contemplated directly sending this to him. In doing so I will lay out my evidence and what was done by both him and Dickerman. I would then inform him that I intend on filing a police report and sitting down with Internal Affairs this time around. I want this entire situation fully documented and I want Charlottesville on official record with their role in this criminal case.
I laid things out quite a bit in the previous FOIA I sent, but it will be quite a different situation when a police report is filed against Michelle Dickerman. Sending an email to Platania's Charlottesville office inbox, or to his replacement since he's had to have hit 20 years as a prosecutor by now, is something that becomes part of city records that has to be retained legally. The presence of the police report and an email to the prosecutor becomes a matter of official record, and it is something I can use to bludgeon the shit out of them in court at a later point should Charlottesville fail to act.
I intend on demanding criminal charges against Michelle Dickerman and for Charlottesville to dismiss the felony charge against me. When confronted with the fact that Dickerman lied to them and fabricated evidence, evidence that the idiots failed to properly verify, the district attorney's office and police department are legally obligated to fix the damages they inflicted and make Dickerman answer for her crimes. Do I expect that Charlottesville will actually do any of this when I file the police report and email the DA's office? No, I absolutely don't expect it at all.
They will however have no choice but to accept the police report I file, and maybe they even go as far as knocking on Michelle Dickerman's door to ask her some questions. I don't however expect them to dismiss the felony, nor do I expect them to file charges against Dickerman. Not until they get forced in to doing it. As much as I'd like for this to happen immediately after I take these steps, that's not actually the point behind the filing of the police report or the contact with prosecutors.
One reason is to get further documentation of Michelle Dickerman's crimes and the criminal behavior of Charlottesville law enforcement in city records. Doing this takes away any claims of ignorance about the situation from C'ville law enforcement. This ensures that in the future that their refusal to act blows up in their faces, since I know they won't follow through when they are legally obligated to do so. I intend on using it as a legal bludgeon against them in the future. To have the evidence shoved in their faces and yet still refuse to act on their legal obligations, means that when lawsuit time comes around, I can have a lawyer curb stomp Charlottesville law enforcement even more thoroughly.
The other reason is I also get to once again get in their faces and dare them to either do something to me or bitch out. While I'm sure Platania thinks his behavior during my first FOIA and my filed motion to unseal records was some kind diva moment for him. The reality is that Platania and the police department blinked.
From Dickerman contacting them long ago after I posted the plea deal offer letter from my former attorney, to the first FOIA request I did, and even the hearing to have my records briefly unsealed - Charlottesville and Platania have demonstrated that they won't risk trying to retaliate beyond snide responses. Michelle Dickerman has also proven to me that she's not going to do shit to me either. Because fucking with me means giving me the very publicity I need to shred their lives completely. I don't care how badly it starts for me, because I know that it'll end badly for her no matter what. One of those possible ends involves a video similar to the one below - with news reporters sticking microphones in Dickerman's face asking why she's such a horrible person.
This is what she'll deal with when taking her kids to school. It's what she'll deal with when going to the grocery store. This is what her parent's will also deal with anytime they step outside of their home. It'll even be worse for Dickerman than this woman - because at least this woman came forward and took responsibility for the evil she committed. At least legally, if not publically. But Michelle Dickerman hasn't taken responsibility, and will have to be dragged down that road kicking and screaming.
It doesn't matter that refusing to fess up puts her entire family at risk. Doesn't matter that it will put her parents through hell and deep scrutiny (especially if I can verify the things I was told about her dad). Hell I plan on even publically dragging her husband and his family. Since this supposed Christian missionary family has seen the evil of what this woman has done (I know, for example, who the views in St Louis come from), and yet never opened their mouths to speak out on something that is clearly wrong. Her husband I'm sure loves talking a big game on being some good Christian man, while remaining silent on something evil done in his wife's name. None of them ever get to open their mouths to criticize anyone on this planet so long as they keep supporting what Michelle Dickerman did. But that's all details best left for the other post.
The fact is this could all go away quickly for everyone if Michelle Dickerman took responsibility for the evil she inflicted on someone over a lie. But that's not something a narcissist like her is capable of doing. At the end of the day, the only person Michelle Annette Dickerman cares about is the one she sees in the mirror.
Returning to the question of Charlottesville, given the seriousness of my claims and accusations, Platania and the police department could have tried taking action against me. Hell, I actually pulled more punches than I should have, and yet what I did write out in the first FOIA was still pretty bad. Police falsely arrest people for less all the time through incompetence and/or corruption, and CVPD and the DA's office have both traits in excess.
They not only did not take any actions against me, but Platania offloaded his cases that morning to his deputy prosecutor so that he didn't have to be at my hearing. She even made a point of explaining to the judge that Platania was indisposed that morning, and she was looking over at me while she stated this. Which suggests that I'm the reason why he didn't want to show up in court that day. Given the games he played with the motion filing, it was very clear he wanted to delay things as much as possible. I honestly think he believed I'd just forget about it and move on. That's a serious mistake that all of these people, Dickerman especially, have continued to make - thinking that I'm ever going to let any of them walk away after what they keep doing to me.
It's become very clear that neither Charlottesville nor Michelle Dickerman can do a damn thing to me without crashing and burning in the end. Sure, they could attempt it. But the reality is that whichever side tries to seek legal action against me, that side ends up effectively committing legal, professional, and reputational suicide. There is nothing that can be done to me that doesn't hand me the very tools necessary to rip lives apart. Anyone who tries it gives me the media attention I need to accomplish fucking up their lives.
Whichever party is stupid enough to try it first ends up losing badly when this is over. Given the mountain of evidence of everything that happened, and the horrible optics showing rampant corruption and cover ups, I'm betting that at the end of it I come out of it far better than any of the other parties. Even if I don't, I fully intend on inflicting just as much pain as they dish out. Especially because I don't care how it ends for me when I know it ends just as badly for everyone else responsible for harming me and my family in 2006. I'm all too happy for every one of these people to get fucked up right along with me.
