Update - End of May: Recording and Video Production Proceeding

Michelle Dickerman, US Department of Treasury
Michelle Dickerman
As the project I'm currently working winds down with the design phase in June, to get offloaded to the contract holders own in-house team for overseeing the production work at their shipyard, I'll have more time freed up soon to start working on things I've been delaying for too long. I will point out that this current company I've been attached to for this work has made no offers to me for employment with them. They alerted my employer and I to when my last day working the project will be. This was so that both my current employer and I can coordinate my return to the project I was working prior, along with the return of the contracting company's laptop I've been using.

In a majority of jobs I've worked in cooperation with other companies, both onsite and remote, I've always received job offers while working for my previous (and now bankrupt) employer of ten years. On every contract I worked onsite with the Coast Guard for example, while they couldn't directly tell me to apply for GS jobs because of some specific rules, they had ways of encouraging the poaching of contractors without violating any rules. The USCG GS employees made sure in their own ways that I was made aware of all the job postings that were open in their department, and made a point to keep bringing up around me that they needed people with my skill set to fulfill those roles. Companies in the private sector had no such restrictions of course, and I've received direct job offers from those companies many times at the end of those projects.

All of these job offers happened while working with my previous employer of ten years as I said. Every single time I had to turn those offers down even when I really wanted to take the offer. I had a felony on my record after all, and I was greatly concerned that said felony would cause that new job to fall through. The last thing I needed was to leave my (at the time) steady employer for a company that had a high chance of dropping me once the background check was done. My recent experiences in the years since my old employer's bankruptcy, has more than proven that my caution all those years was completely warranted. I've had multiple setbacks attempting to move to other companies since. Some have made it clear that my status as a felon was an issue. Others never said anything that made it crystal clear what the problem was, but there is enough evidence to suggest that the felony was the reason.

This current company running the project I'm subbed out to has made it very clear they are happy with my work. But that praise has not materialized into asking me to hire on with them, and the contract ends by the middle of next month. This employer already knows I have a felony. Because my background check result, needed for me to gain access to certain places for meetings, caused some screaming by someone in a government position. This was smoothed over because of need, deadlines, and the fact I was the only person with the right skill set available at the time - but that definitely didn't help my situation. When I heard the contracting company hired someone that had a similar skill set to mine, previously mentioned in another post, I had already expected that no job offer would be forthcoming. It is clear now that I was correct. Which is a shame, because working with this company would have actually been a good thing for me. This is yet another issue that is going to add to Michelle Annette Dickerman's list of problems she will be facing in the future.

The benefit at least from wrapping up this project and moving on, is that I'll be able to slow down a bit. This one has been a rough one due to the pace and other issues. I'll now be able to start working on things I've had to delay, which involves multiple items related to this dispute with Michelle Dickerman.

I've been going over sections of transcripts I've produced, via a voice memo app that I used to transcribe things I've gone over during long drives. These will be condensed down into talking points that I'll use as a guide for the videos I previously discussed in the last post. I have also been reviewing software for the recording and editing and learning how to use it.

I've setup the Shure mic and the pre-amp and they work pretty well. I did have issues with dialing in the audio and reviewing the edits, so I've picked up a headphone amp and studio headphones to plug into the pre-amp for that purpose
. I haven't picked up a camera because I have no interest in sticking my face up on the videos. I'd rather use images, evidence, and artwork to help explain the situation. None of this is gear that is top tier or high priced stuff by the way - it's decent mid-tier gear but it isn't something you'll see a professional podcaster running. Nor am I picking it up just for pushing out videos on Dickerman, although they certainly help in that regard.

I've had intentions of getting a similar setup like this for unrelated things for years now and just hadn't had the motivation or time before. In the past I have streamed a little with various games and simulators, mainly to just friends and family who tuned in. I'm no longer doing much in the way of streaming anymore, but I have had a desire for other related content creation. Pulling the trigger on ditching long write ups to switch over to a video format was the motivation I needed to start setting things up.

Not to mention that being able to produce better sounding content helps push this dispute out into the public eye. A video is far more likely to go viral if effort is put into its creation, rather than putting out something that looks and sounds like late 2000's 'PowerPoint' YouTube videos. It might take me a bit to get it dialed in, but I'm hoping to get to a point where the videos at least sound great. This will also help with putting out short form videos on various social media to spread the word.

That for now is my main focus. The AI post has kind of sat on the back-burner because I would like to publish the first of the videos before the AI post. We'll see what happens with that. The AI experiment has been interesting, mainly because I ditched garbage AI like ChatGPT and shopped around for better options with no guardrails. I never once asked ChatGPT anything Dickerman related, instead I was putting questions to it about various factual subjects as a test during my initial screwing around with it. That didn't go well at all. I've even ditched using it for image creation (though this is more due to the handicapping guardrails in place).

Plenty of people have seen the videos of the guy asking ChatGPT various things that it kept getting wrong, like what months on the calendar have an 'X' in them. More than a few boomer lawyers have also been burned when ChatGPT hallucinated non-existent supporting court cases/decisions when writing their motions and briefs. I didn't want AI that lied to me when discussing this legal situation. I've dealt with more than enough lies from Michelle Dickerman, I don't need a clanker doing it as well.

That's about all for the update at the moment. Hopefully the next post is either a video, or the AI experiment.

Some Plans and Changes

John Dickerman, Michelle Dickerman, Business Council of Canada, Department of the Treasury
John Dickerman of the
Business Council of Canada

I decided to post up another update, because there are going to be some changes coming in how I produce posts on this blog and the website. This decision came about when I started pulling out some of the extra material I was discussing in the full AI experiment post. I'd like to  instead keep the AI experiment post centered around just that specific material, rather than add in other issues and discussions. Though I know that's not going to be fully accomplished and some additional topics will probably still be discussed in that post.

Other problems have recently happened due to my situation with the false felony charge, and this has resulted in a decision to start escalating things. I'm naturally getting increasingly angry thanks to the situation, and I'm very quickly reaching a point where I'm going to need an outlet for it. That outlet probably won't be a positive one. We're quickly reaching a breaking point in where this fight is heading.

Which means that I'm going to not only take some significant and drastic steps, but I've also made some decisions in how I'm going to present material moving forward.

As for near term drastic steps, I've decided that I am indeed going to end up confronting the Charlottesville law enforcement head on while Joseph Platania is still in office. Originally I was concerned about attempting the police report filing while Platania was still head prosecutor for Charlottesville. I felt it was more likely to get traction with a prosecutor who wasn't attached to the 2006 criminal case. However, I think it is far better to do this with Platania still in office.

I'm building a case against Joseph Platania to attack his qualified immunity as a prosecutor. Prosecutors are largely untouchable, but there is precedent when the actions of a prosecutor are particularly egregious (See the Duke Lacrosse Rape Case). I already have a significant amount of material as it is with Platania to attack his qualified immunity. However, another FOIA request (centered around Rudman's investigation after Michelle Dickerman contacted them about my blog) and the filed police report will further serve to strip qualified immunity away from Joseph Platania if he chooses to play games and refuses to act. I will outright accuse him and the Charlottesville police of criminal behavior in the FOIA and the police report. Refusing to act will not go well for Platania, and I'll make sure he understands the consequences of this. I will force Platania to make a choice - his proverbial head or Michelle Dickerman's proverbial head.

Joseph Platania has been legally obligated to investigate and fix what he did in 2006, and yet he's attempted to stick his head in the sand and ignore the situation. I will make it impossible for him to continue sticking his head in the sand. I will flat out tell him that I'm setting him up for losing his qualified immunity. I will also be sending copies of the FOIA request and the police report to news directors for various media outlets.

I'll get into greater detail on this when using the new videos I will be posting to the blog and website (discussed further down in this post), but just know that this is something I've already set myself towards. We're going to have this fight Michelle Dickerman. It is a matter of when not if. Since she has refused to do the right thing, my focus now turns to simply using the legal system and the publicity of this case to inflict as much damage upon her life - and the lives of others around her. Which is where we get to my choice in photo at the top of the blog post.

I've grown annoyed with writing out posts. I simply don't have time for it and it hasn't interested me for quite some time. It is also harder to get someone with no connections to this case to read a wall of text. It is far better, and more likely to get a viral hit, when using videos as a medium for putting out information on this case. While I had initially planned on making the information pulled out of the AI post as a long video, I've instead decided against this. Instead I'm looking at smaller series of videos separated out by specific topics. This would work far better to convey information and allow the information to spread more rapidly online. Especially when making use of social media platforms.

Thus I am currently planning for the AI post to be the last typed out post for the blog. Afterwards, the intention is for all posts to center around an embedded video on a specific topic related to this case with accompanying material (photos, links, etc). This would be a far better match for the blog, and also work better for the website which I need to start pushing changes for.

After doing some research on what I needed, I ordered some equipment for making good audio recordings, since I didn't have anything on hand to produce the necessary audio quality (I had a small cheap boom mic for gaming comms). What I ordered was primarily focused around just a Shure microphone, a pre-amp, and editing software - nothing too serious or high end because I'm not planning on doing this professionally. I do not have a 'studio' put together, nor can I get any rooms setup with decent enough sound proofing or acoustics. So I needed to get a decent enough setup that will do the heavy lifting on the sound quality. While the information being conveyed is important to videos like this - presentation does matter. If your audio sounds like pure dogshit and you don't provide some visuals, people are going to be less inclined to sit through your video.

As I've been planning and going over the details for video productions, I've currently been recording myself discussing the topics I want to touch on using my phone's voice memo app. During long drives especially I'll go over a topic I want to discuss, and the app will automatically produce a transcript of what I've said. I'll then take the generated transcript and assemble it into a series of talking points and statements I want to make. That cleaned up list/script will then be used as a reference when I begin the official recording.

As I said earlier, I'm going to focus on making multiple videos all touching on various subjects, rather than producing very long videos with multiple topics mashed together. While the initial video will include a small amount of discussion on other topics, the primary first topic will be centered around John Dickerman - Michelle Dickerman's husband. Namely, pointing out how his enabling of his wife will result in considerable blow back he receives once this case goes public. His wife has let this injustice stand going on for 20 years now, and John Dickerman has been around her for at least half of that. I will go over his own culpability in this continued cover up, and show just how badly his reputation will be harmed when this dispute hits the public square.

It is fair to say that as a lobbyist John Dickerman's own efforts to help his wife hide her crimes, and his enabling of her behavior all this time, will impact his career. After all, his entire employment centers around interfacing with politicians for the benefit of the organizations he represents. It centers around him being the 'face' for the people whose interests he represents. Why would I as an organization want someone with serious baggage and reputational harm represent me to politicians? His wife did something incredibly evil to another human being - and I'll prove that John Dickerman has been completely aware of this. Not only that, but I'll prove that he's actively supported his wife's continued refusal to right the wrongs she committed. It won't be me who causes reputation harm to John Dickerman - it will entirely be the fault of both his wife and himself. I'm just the messenger and the catalyst for what's coming in the future.

I also haven't forgotten about Michelle Dickerman's brother Justin Manweiler. Nor have I forgotten about the related situations of the Google administrator that had poked around my account looking at unpublished and deleted posts, nor the consistent filtering of images on my blog and website from the Google Images search results. I'll touch on that a bit in the first video, but I've held off on taking any actions, until I observed what was going on with the image results after I had posted about the situation on this blog. Assuming her brother is actually involved, which is not a guarantee, Michelle Dickerman isn't the only person in this dispute to make contact with someone working at Google for personal help. I specifically stepped back to observe and document what I was seeing in the image results, because I was instructed to do so by an employee in order to provide more evidence. I've been told exactly who I need to contact and what I need to say when the time comes.

I'm also still digging around on what I was told about Michelle Dickerman's father Gregory Manweiler. Unfortunately the only part of this person's story I have been able to verify so far is the Manweiler family's connections to Charlottesville. Namely the fact that Gregory Manweiler and at least two of his siblings appeared in the yearbooks for a Charlottesville high school - which means they lived in Charlottesville for at least a few years. I had never even thought about looking into the Manweilers living in Charlottesville until I was contacted. Prior to this, I thought the only link the Manweilers had to Charlottesville was Michelle Dickerman and her father attending UVA.

The fact that Gregory Manweiler's family lived in Charlottesville however does not verify everything else I was told. So I have to be very careful to make sure these accusations are true before I make them. Because it actually is something that could carry serious repercussions if what I was told was complete bullshit. Not because I'm concerned about her father Gregory Manweiler - I think he's smart enough to realize that engaging in lawfare would have consequences for his daughter (even more than the past lawfare already has). I'm far, far more concerned about the other parties that these accusations involved. It is the other people that were part of the story I was told who could absolutely cause me problems if my information is wrong. So I'd rather keep my mouth shut and not pull people into this fight until I know for certain that they had a role to play in 2006.

That's enough for now until I get the AI experiment post put out, at which point I'll begin recording the voice over for videos.
