Yesterday I received another Treasury department viewer. This isn't anything new, and while Michelle Dickerman's views usually come (or at least shown to be) out of the Washington DC office, this was one of the views coming out of a Treasury ISP at Ft Washington. That doesn't mean that Dickerman's views can't ever appear to come out of this location, it's just that her views don't seem to do so. Regardless, I get plenty of Treasury traffic to my main website and blog so I usually just dismiss them unless something sticks out. That amount of Treasury views looking for Dickerman, along with various other gov agencies outside of the Treasury department, have only increased in number since the new administration took office. I've also had FBI and DOJ viewers since the inauguration search for Michelle Dickerman, and that always gives me an instinctive increase in blood pressure and heart rate for a moment when I see those ISPs.
Now it isn't always possible to tell which Treasury views are Dickerman and which views are someone else, though certain behavior tends to tip me off. I do know that it isn't possible that all of them could be Michelle Dickerman. Not with the volume, times, and especially with completely different hardware configurations and software updates between them. That all said, nothing about the Treasury viewer yesterday raised any red flags and they were dismissed after I glanced at their activity. That was until today, and from a viewer from an entirely different source that has prompted this warning.
Today someone from a Google Headquarters, logged in to a Google corporate administrator console, has been looking through my blog. Not just through it, but looking into the blogger account itself. They were especially interested in looking at everything I've done on my blog, including looking for any posts that I could have trashed. The most recent set of views happened at around 10:50am EST.
According to Google's own AI overview when I searched the info that I see on the view trackers I have, apparently they are using a Google corporate Admin Console that is connected to their SEI or Support Engineer Investigation. From the AI overview: "You need to be a Google Workspace administrator with the appropriate security center administrator privileges". It then gave me a breakdown of the process of logging into the Admin Console at that website address and using the Security Investigation Tool. Interesting that Google AI Overview is giving out that kind of info. I can't do anything with it without an administrator login, but I still feel like that's something the AI shouldn't be spitting out publicly.
The point of this is that Michelle Dickerman's brother, Justin Manweiler, is in a senior management position at Google for engineering. I made a point to check before making this post just to confirm that he didn't move on recently, and he is definitely still at Google. I can't imagine that he wouldn't have a Google administrator account or security privileges, especially given the section he works in. Even if he didn't have that security access for whatever reason, he would definitely have access to the people who do.
To recap:
- A US Department of the Treasury viewer, where Michelle Dickerman had been employed, viewed both the main website and blog yesterday. They did two views at different times yesterday, one in the morning about 10am EST and one in the afternoon after 1pm EST.
- This morning for the first time ever someone at a Google headquarters, logged in to a Google corporate Admin Console, is looking through my blog account to include anything deleted by me. Michelle Dickerman's brother Justin Manweiler works in a high level management position at Google in engineering.
The only thing that didn't immediately put the crosshairs on her brother beyond the Google HQ and Admin log in, is the fact that Justin Manweiler is working out of the NYC Google HQ. This administrator was out of the India HQ at Bengaluru. At least, that's the location they appear to be operating from. Just because it says they are in the India office location doesn't mean that they are physically at that location.
It doesn't take a Google engineer to know that you can appear online to be in any location you want on the planet. VPNs have been in common usage for a very long time now. Justin Manweiler knows far more than I do about internet systems and architecture, and I doubt it would be difficult for him to be sitting in his NYC office while making his online location appear as if he's in the India office. Not to mention my own company ISP often shows a location for me that is not where I am physically located. Currently it says I'm viewing from Seattle, and that location is on the other side of the country from where I actually am right now.
Plus I would think the India office would be closed for that kind of thing. Last view was at 10:50am EST and the time zone converter I used said it would be 8:20pm IST in India. Rather late night to be cruising my blog.
That said, the fact that these views don't on the surface appear to be coming from the NYC HQ, means that there is no smoking gun that indicates this would definitely be Justin Manweiler.
Who knows, maybe Michelle Dickerman, or someone she works with, is playing games to cause issues for my blog. I find it hard to believe a Google employee would need to do the things I'm currently watching them do however, if this were merely a case of reports getting filed. Why would they even need to see what posts I've trashed if someone just reported my blog on the Google search results? Why would India be handling a situation with a US blog? I'm well aware of the trope of the Indian IT call centers, but given that there are Google US locations, I would think they'd address any reports for a US based blog service rather than an Indian location. Perhaps I'm wrong.
It is a possibility that this was due to reports of course, so I can't dismiss that scenario without more evidence. It won't help anything, I have backups, and it'll only serve to escalate things if Dickerman or a coworker are playing games with the blog. It isn't worth your time, and Michelle Dickerman has got a lot worse coming at her in the future than a blog that has largely outlived its usefulness to me.
It is not outside the realm of possibility, however, that Michelle Dickerman has enlisted her brother due to his position at Google. I've wondered about this scenario before when I first learned he started working at Google. Which is why I still need to give the warning.
My trackers are limited to the Blog and Website. So this admin could be looking at more account related items than just my blog. I'm not sure what all an administrator at Google is able to see or not see. If Justin Manweiler is helping his sister by snooping my accounts or causing issues with the blog - all of that is recorded somewhere. It will be in Google's records. Those records can be subpoenaed. There is evidence that will show up if this kind of thing is going on. Even if Manweiler tried to get someone else to do it for him, there will be evidence of this recorded somewhere. Not to mention the loose end of having another party involved in something potentially criminal, who would be in a position to rat Manweiler out if they got into any trouble for it.
I'm not a lawyer obviously, but I'm pretty sure I've seen scenarios that are under similar circumstances, and it didn't end well for the people involved. As I understand it - if her brother were to dig into my accounts for his sister, and especially share any private information of mine with Michelle Dickerman that he obtained through his job - that could result in Federal criminal charges. I'm also pretty sure I could sue both Justin Manweiler and Michelle Dickerman for that breach, and you absolutely should take me at my word that I would. Right along with suing Google as well since he's a manager at their company. I can't imagine that Manweiler's career would survive doing something like that either.
Even if he didn't share any info with her, Manweiler accessing my private accounts would show up in Google's records somewhere. He could claim all he wants that he didn't share that private info with Dickerman. But given the optics involved, and his sister's issues with me, Justin Manweiler would be facing a really bad time with the courts regardless of his denials. How likely would law enforcement and the courts take his word on not sharing private info, given how bad something like Dickerman's brother accessing my private accounts would already look? That's some really shit optics right there buddy.
Even if all Justin Manweiler did was just pass it along to support engineering to have my blog looked into for removal - that's going to be recorded somewhere. That would involve him abusing his position to do a personal favor for family. Attempting to essentially use his position to cause damages and harassment for personal gain would probably be actionable by me in civil court at least. Not to mention Google might not be a fan of the optics there and make him clean out his desk. And those optics will come out publicly if this kind of scenario takes place, as I'll explain below.
As I'm going into in my post on what's happening in the future, Michelle Dickerman and her family need to account for the very real chance that something happens with either the courts or the media. Especially given what I'm working on (and that's not just the Writ). However low you think my chances are, they are not zero. If none of you are even contemplating what happens should I get a vacate on the felony and/or media attention - then you are either blindingly arrogant or not as intelligent as you try to make people think you are. I only have to get lucky once with the courts or the media, and then it becomes a bad fucking day for Dickerman and her family.
So I'm going to warn you. Whatever this is with some administrator at Google digging through my blog, don't let it be what the alarms bells in me are saying it might be. Maybe it's nothing at all - and I suggest that it turn out to be nothing. Having a Google admin out of the blue start digging through my legal blog would be reason enough for me to wonder what is happening, but to have it occur the day after a Department of Treasury view is incredibly convenient however.
Don't let me find out that Michelle Dickerman contacted her brother to do this. Don't let me find out that Justin Manweiler is involved in any way with these views that I've now documented for later legal reference. The man has a wife and kids that depend on him not going to jail, not losing his job, and not getting sued. Michelle Dickerman is going to be facing accountability in the future for what she did, and likely both their parents will as well. When that happens I will be bringing up the evidence of these Google admin views and I will ask that it be looked into. The legal consequences for both Dickerman and Manweiler would be something that I would take as far as I possibly can if it turns out some breach of privacy has taken place here. I promise it won't be worth it for you.
