Reworked Blog

After hearing some more advice I've done a rework of the blog and the posts. While nothing I have previously posted could result in a criminal charge, there were things I probably should not have brought up.

I understand that the high school information was not needed. However, the reason I brought up high school was due to Ms. Manweiler bringing it up in her Victim Impact Statement. I wanted to refute the claims she made in her VIS.

I went back through and edited out the high school stuff and anything that might annoy someone. I also deleted most of the posts that mentioned anything irrelevant to the legal situation. From now on I'm sticking to this case and keeping out all the personal stuff.

This wasn't done over Ms. Manweiler, she has already seen the posts. I merely removed the unnecessary stuff to make this a better reference for the news after hearing the advice.

I haven't said anything in this blog that I don't truly believe. I honestly believe Ms. Manweiler and her parents to be some of the most horrible people out there. It is hard not to think that way after what they have done. I can't understand how someone could destroy a person's life like this. Nothing that I did deserved a felony charge that not only ruined my life, but ruined a good career I worked hard for.

Ms. Manweiler and her parents have seen my medical problems and the effects of the damage they caused, and they still want to do more harm. My muscle issue isn't the only medical problem I have. I didn't bring it up before because I am embarrassed about the large scar on my abdomen from it.

In the past I had to have major surgery to remove roughly half of my intestines. I'm not sure how physical labor, especially lifting heavy objects constantly, could impact that old surgery. As an addition to the muscle condition document I posted, my mother commented that the doctors were very concerned after the muscle testing. My numbers did not go down when they did a later test, they went up. I believe the number was around 600, more than the 400 it was in the letter. The doctor was very upset when he saw this, because I was not doing any physical activity and yet my numbers kept going up. So as you can imagine, any job revolving around physical labor could end up doing real damage to me.

The Manweilers didn't even try to take action over the blog until I brought up how I could get the charge thrown out. The only thing they care about is keeping a false felony charge on someone. Ms. Manweiler knows she altered the evidence and was not honest about what occurred. Yet all she cares about is inflicting more harm over nothing.

We'll see how the next few days go. Until then, reporters please note the previous posting titled ATTENTION REPORTERS.
