Brief Update

I decided to make a short update post, since it isn't good for the blog's reach for me to just let it sit for a long time without posting something.

Not to mention I saw Michelle Dickerman view the main website from her Treasury department computer, and on all of the days she could have viewed it - she views it on the day before what I was told was her birthday. Very interesting.

Treasury department viewers stick out pretty clearly from my other views for good reason. So I can't help but take notice. Admittedly I am making an assumption on which Treasury viewers are Dickerman and which ones aren't. But it tends to be easy to separate the other viewers from Dickerman due to the nature of the viewing activity. Dickerman doesn't need to poke around on older material from her work computer after all. Her coworkers do it seems.

I'm probably not going to see too many views from the Treasury for a bit however given recent events this month. I would expect that right now things are a little hectic for anyone working in Government. Probably a stressful time I can imagine. Honestly it might even be the last time Dickerman will ever view my blog and website from her Treasury department computer. Dickerman might either get her position cut (seems like too many deputy assistant counsels to an outsider) or she just might resign due to the situation. After all I can't imagine someone like Dickerman would tolerate Musk and his staff giving her the Office Space "What would you say ya do here" talk.

Anyway, considering that this Treasury view was a single view of the website and nothing else, and on the day before the date of her birthday - well it's a little hard to not assume who was behind that computer screen that day. The potential that this situation was on Dickerman's mind the day before her birthday certainly tells me a lot. Again, assuming the information on the birth date is correct (I don't have reason to doubt it though).

Granted something tells me Dickerman's been looking over her shoulder daily anyway since 2006. That tends to be what happens when you lie to police, fabricate evidence, and completely fuck up someone's entire life for something they didn't do. Sitting on it for nearly 20 years instead of trying to make it right (as little as that is possible) tends to also rack up some heavy penalties that, as discussed previously, are coming at both her and her family in the near future no matter what. Everyone around Michelle Dickerman will get dragged down by the effects of it and the resulting publicity that'll come out of it. Her kids are included in the people that future events will negatively affect unfortunately, but that's on their mother and the choices she has made. Not that she gives a shit about them - or anyone else for that matter.

This whole situation is entirely one of Michelle Dickerman's own making. Period. She could have picked from a multitude of other options but instead she picked the dumbest one from the list. As is tradition. Whatever she got out of hammering me in 2006, it wasn't worth what's on the horizon for her. Her actions will have consequences for her and for a lot of other people. I wonder how many more lives are going to be ruined by this woman's stupid choices before this situation is concluded?

I'm not going to go off on a further tangent about that on this post however, so no worries there. I'll save some of that for when certain future posts happen.

Which brings me back on to the point. Returning to the subject of viewership. It's additionally an interesting thing to note that some of the viewership over the last couple of months shows that something has sparked interest from her family. As one example, I had a viewer return to look through my posts who hasn't been to my blog since 2022. I highly doubt that is someone unknown to Michelle Dickerman. Some of the views out of the pile also seem to match up with locations of Dickerman's family members. Something has stirred the pot.

However, if the goal is to see the deal I mentioned previously, I unfortunately have nothing new yet to bring up on that at the moment. There have been some delays, but now I've been waiting for a while to get an answer on what I mentioned in previous posts. The answer will decide whether I'll be willing to give Dickerman an easier way out, or whether I go into this with the determination to fuck up lives in the courts and media.

I've brought up before about how after my old employer went bankrupt, I had another company willing to hire me through a headhunter agency with a really great offer. So great that I was willing to wait for months for them to "send the paperwork", as I kept getting assured that it was just going to take some time to get everything in order. A lot of time apparently. Never as it turned out. The headhunter agency eventually stopped giving excuses and started ghosting me as well. That would certainly happen when a company offers to hire someone and then finds out they have a felony. Would also explain why the headhunter agency is still ghosting my submitted resumes to their job listings to this very day as well. They obviously don't want to talk to me. But yeah, totally not anything to do with the old felony charge I'm sure.

So what I'm dealing with at the moment is a similar issue in that I just have to wait right now for any word and hope it works out. I'm frustrated at how long it is taking, but I can't imagine I wouldn't receive an answer this month. It's whether that answer is a yay or nay is really the question here. Or rather whether the felony rears its ugly head once again, and Michelle Dickerman and her parents rack up another chunk of civil damages to a sizable lawsuit should my writ succeed in vacating the felony.

Which brings me to the legal side of things. I haven't moved forward yet on that front. I haven't discussed it. I'm waiting to see what happens with what I'm waiting on news from. Which is why I'm not posting up the only deal offer I'm willing to make if Dickerman wants to leave her parents out of this and heavily limit the damages to herself. If I get shot down with what I'm currently awaiting word on, I will know for certain that this time it's because of the felony. And that's really going to piss me off.

It'll piss me off enough that I won't bother to offer a way out of this for Michelle Dickerman. I'm just going to move forward with pursuing what legal options I have, and if those legal options work out in my favor there won't be any deals or settlements. I'll make the legal process as painful, lengthy, and reputation damaging as possible.

So there is no point in me posting up any offer of limiting damages until I get the answer I'm waiting on. When I get my answer I'll post something at that point.
